Position: Head - Process Engineering, Specialty Carbon Business

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of technical experts and manage day-to-day operations.

Technical Leadership:

Develop and implement departmental goals, KPIs, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Drive innovation in specialty carbon materials and chemical processes.
Process Development & Optimization:

Optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Coordinate pilot trials and scale-up activities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of process parameters to ensure optimal performance and product consistency.
Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement process controls and quality checks to maintain product consistency.
Safety & Environment:

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to chemical handling and processes.
Lead studies and facilitate reviews for Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
15-18 years of experience in process engineering and leadership roles.
