Job Description
Headout is hiring a Finance Associate to join our growing team and be a part of our rapid growth journey.
You will work with the rest of our Finance team to maintain Headout's financial data, support business decision-making, manage risk & exposure and drive our growth.
Your Role
• Maintain records for Headout's global business including our companies in US & UK
• Ensuring financial controls are in place and are followed, maintaining data integrity
• Prepare & submit regular MIS reports to founders & leadership team
• Manage & coordinate our taxation responsibilities globally
• Liaison with external consultants to ensure that all statutory compliances are met
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for key data to support business decisions
• Track budgetary expenditure and conduct variance analysis
• Ensure accurate record keeping of all supporting documents
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audits
Requirements:
• 13 years experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Great focus and attention to detail
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel / Google Sheets
• Proficiency in Tally
• Strong data and quantitative skills
