DocIndia.org is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant (Patient Care Services) to support our mission of revolutionizing digital healthcare accessibility in India. 🔹Key Responsibilities
1. Appointment & Patient Management (60%)
Manage daily appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & CRM tools.
Maintain real-time updates to ensure smooth consultation workflows.
2. Project & Process Support (10%)
Assist in execution of project tasks, documentation, and coordination.
Support process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
3. Operational Issue Resolution (5%)
Identify workflow gaps, delays, or bottlenecks.
Report/escalate issues to the reporting manager and suggest improvements.
4. Coordination & Communication (25%)
Liaise with doctors, clinics, and internal teams for seamless operations.
Maintain accurate communication records and follow-up reports.
Contribute to improving patient experience and service standards.
✅ Candidate Requirements
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge: Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools
Good analytical & problem-solving ability
Attention to detail & proactive approach
Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with patients
(Bonus): Experience or interest in healthcare/medical domain
