Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle employee onboarding and induction programs.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Handle leave management, attendance records, Payroll Processing and HR documentation.
Support training and development programs for employees.
Address employee queries and workplace issues.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Maintain company records, documents, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors for office services and maintenance.
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
4. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong Knowledge of ESI, EPF, PT and LWF, Shop and Establishment Act.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
