Partner with leadership to update and improve policies, using your analytical skills to balance risk, practicality, and clarity.
Assist in investigations related to misconduct or policy violations—approaching sensitive situations with discretion, fairness, and emotional maturity.
Support Health & Safety initiatives with an organized, proactive approach—because a safe workplace starts with structure and vigilance.

You’ll bring new talent into Larga with care, structure, and urgency:
Manage full-cycle recruitment—from writing clear, inclusive job postings to coordinating interviews and checking references—always focused on quality and fit.
Work with hiring managers to align on needs, offering insightful, data-backed guidance rooted in good judgment and collaboration.
Lead new hire onboarding with warmth and structure, ensuring people feel welcome, confident, and set up for success.
Track probation periods and coordinate check-ins, showing a proactive commitment to employee development and retention.
Employee Relations & Engagement
You’ll foster a positive culture grounded in trust, fairness, and active listening:
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions—offering empathetic, clear, and consistent guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help supervisors prepare for and conduct performance reviews, offering coaching and support that enables respectful, constructive conversations.
Mediate conflicts and concerns with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring all voices are heard while maintaining alignment with policy.
Support initiatives that keep people connected—like wellness programs, social events, and recognition activities—always looking to reinforce belonging and morale.
Identify development gaps and help supervisors build team capabilities—demonstrating your commitment to empowering others through structure and clarity.
