Job description, work day and responsibilities

At Larga Ltd., we believe HR is more than compliance—it's about creating a supportive, structured, and people-first workplace. We’re seeking an emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Advisor who will serve as a stabilizing force for our dynamic team.

You’ll need to balance technical skill with emotional intelligence, urgency with thoughtfulness, and structure with flexibility. If you’re driven by quality, integrity, and supporting a dynamic leadership team—you might be the one we’re looking for.

Your Purpose: Build Trust, Enable People, and Ensure Excellence

You’ll support the leaders of 60–80 employees across departments, ensuring policies are followed, systems run smoothly, and each person feels cared for—without ever compromising accuracy or accountability.

HR Administration & Compliance

You’ll manage records and processes with discipline, discretion, and consistency:

Maintain confidential employee files with meticulous attention to detail.
Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, using your conscientious, rule-respecting mindset.
Partner with leadership to update and improve policies, using your analytical skills to balance risk, practicality, and clarity.
Assist in investigations related to misconduct or policy violations—approaching sensitive situations with discretion, fairness, and emotional maturity.
Support Health & Safety initiatives with an organized, proactive approach—because a safe workplace starts with structure and vigilance.

Recruitment & Onboarding

You’ll bring new talent into Larga with care, structure, and urgency:

Manage full-cycle recruitment—from writing clear, inclusive job postings to coordinating interviews and checking references—always focused on quality and fit.
Work with hiring managers to align on needs, offering insightful, data-backed guidance rooted in good judgment and collaboration.
Lead new hire onboarding with warmth and structure, ensuring people feel welcome, confident, and set up for success.
Track probation periods and coordinate check-ins, showing a proactive commitment to employee development and retention.

Employee Relations & Engagement

You’ll foster a positive culture grounded in trust, fairness, and active listening:

Act as the first point of contact for employee questions—offering empathetic, clear, and consistent guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help supervisors prepare for and conduct performance reviews, offering coaching and support that enables respectful, constructive conversations.
Mediate conflicts and concerns with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring all voices are heard while maintaining alignment with policy.
Support initiatives that keep people connected—like wellness programs, social events, and recognition activities—always looking to reinforce belonging and morale.
Identify development gaps and help supervisors build team capabilities—demonstrating your commitment to empowering others through structure and clarity.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

You’ll ensure every detail is right—because people’s pay and benefits matter:

Support off-cycle payroll transactions (e.g., reimbursements, bonuses, terminations) by gathering accurate documentation on time—bringing your sense of responsibility and reliability.
Administer benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and providers—resolving concerns with patience, precision, and follow-through.
Ensure accurate tracking of enrollments, terminations, and updates—demonstrating your commitment to quality and process integrity.
