About the Role:
The HR Business Partner role is a dynamic and engaging position that requires a trusted advisor and support system for employees at all levels.
You will rapidly develop an understanding and awareness of the district's business, your business units, their operating environment, roles/responsibilities, and HR requirements in a continuously changing environment.
You will work collaboratively to meet the goals of the service in a team-based environment.
You will provide expert advice in relation to complaints, investigations, disciplinary action, restorative processes, and mediation.
Additionally, you will support change management processes, including drafting letters and communicating documents to the unions and the whole organization.

As a HR Business Partner, you will ensure that all managers are supported with sound human resource management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all managers are supported with sound human resource management principles and practices.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or Business Studies, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of HR Generalist experience.
2+ years in a Senior HR position.
Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
Proven customer relationship skills.
