Roles and Responsibilities
• Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates
• Design and implementation of sourcing strategy
• End-to-end Recruitment.
• Screen profile from Job portals as per requirement.
• Recruitment as per manpower requirements including sourcing, shortlisting, and the first level of screening.
• Complete communication and coordination with candidates/external agencies/ NGO/Colleges for interviews including closure emails to candidates.
• Arrange telephonic interviews & personal interviews.
• Raise Offer letters, Appointment letters, Joining Formalities- New joining Documentation, Salary Accounts and Background verification.
• Generating the monthly reports related to the HR effectiveness indicators like new joining reports, and recruitment MIS.
Desired profiles:
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Must have good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Must have an experience in Job portals.
• Good learner.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have good experience in HR Generalist profile.
• Ready to travel within branches.
