We are offering an opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our team in SEATTLE, Washington. This role involves a variety of tasks including reconciling accounts, maintaining employee records, processing payrolls, and handling day-to-day HR matters. You will have the opportunity to work on special accounting projects and ensure HR compliance within the company.Responsibilities:• Enter and process payrolls for US and Canadian employees as scheduled.• Maintain employee records and scan new documents into ADP and SharePoint employee files.• Conduct monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet Accounts.• Complete journal entries and compose reports for month-end and mid-month.• Serve as the first HR contact for the company, handling day-to-day HR matters such as ADP troubleshooting, benefit additions/removals, maintaining records, hiring/terminations, and background checks.• Maintain HR compliance for the company.• Track employee's Paid Time Off (PTO) via a vacation accrual spreadsheet.• Manage the company's Indeed account, pulling resumes for managers to review, scheduling/completing phone interviews, and being the point of contact for candidates.• Send employee hours reports to respective managers each morning.• Assist accounts receivable with tasks such as member payments and adjustments.• Primarily complete Accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.Benefits:M/D/V401(k) with match1 week PTO first year, 2 weeks in second year6 paid holidays
