Responsibilities

As an HR Manager specialized in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, you will:
• Design and execute the talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels.
• End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, candidate shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Implement HR operational policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR databases, payroll systems, and ensure the accuracy of employee documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives to build a more inclusive workplace.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning, training, and development needs.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:
• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Management with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing strategies, ATS systems, and HR analytics.
• Prior experience in implementing and driving DEI initiatives.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
