Job description
Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hospital/Nursing Home HR to join our team.

Lead the charge in building our top-notch healthcare team. You'll source, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent across all departments.

Must-haves:
Strong HR expertise (recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training)
Understanding of hospital/nursing home staffing needs
Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
Experience in streamlining HR operations for efficiency

HR Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Source for qualified candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
Conduct background checks and verify references.

Selection Process:
Interview shortlisted candidates.

Hiring & Onboarding:
Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

4. Employee Relations & Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations including performance management, disciplinary action, and grievance resolution.
Oversee training and development programs for employee growth.
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction.

5. Strategic Initiatives:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers, employees, and external vendors.
Track and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Experience with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

6. Department Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role or employee recruitment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution, ensuring a smooth and positive work environment.
Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
