Job Purpose & Scope
Accountable for cascading the marketing efforts in the respective regions as decided by the marketing strategy
Accountability Result Indicator
• Timely execution of marketing interventions
• Customer insights effectiveness
• Management for Region (support overall category teams)
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy and Planning
• Plan and budget marketing activities in the region
• Build the regional marketing plan to bridge the category strategy and sales strategy in close collaboration with the regional sales teams
Functional
• Oversee and drive regional customization and compliance of marketing briefs and stories
• Review all developed communication collaterals, advertising & promotion campaigns to ensure correctness, effectiveness and adherence to messaging as directed by category/brand positioning and regulatory compliance
• Organize OmniActive presence in trade shows and events in Europe and AMEA to showcase products and generate leads.
• Maintain contact with local vendors for market intelligence, marketing collateral, visual design etc.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and recommend changes or improvements
• Conceptualize and Design periodic trainings and meetings with sales on marketing strategy and initiatives
• Share customer feedback / insights received with the category teams
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
Masters Degree - Marketing
Experience:
3-6 years of experience
