Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of hands-on experience in core HR functions and be passionate about supporting the employee lifecycle.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll coordination, and benefits.

The selected candidate should possess good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with HRMS is a plus. They should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Requirements:
• Minimum six months of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
