As an HR Executive at FitnessONE, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Additionally, you will utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards and social media platforms, to attract potential candidates.
You will be required to coordinate candidate interviews, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Your role will also involve participating in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract talented individuals to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools/software are essential for this role.
