Job Title: Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Quantum Integrators. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.

• 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with emerging technology such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
