iDesign.Market is an online marketplace and SaaS business dedicated to home renovation & interior design. The company has been funded by Angel Investors and leading tech entrepreneurs who are a part of our advisory board also. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Proven experience in Business development.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
Aim to preserve customers and renew plans.

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Cater upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
