About the Opportunity
The Knox Agency is a new independent insurance agency launching in Viera, Florida this April. We are seeking motivated insurance producers to join our growing team as we build a high-performance agency focused on strong production, professional service, and long-term growth.
This role is ideal for licensed agents who want access to quality leads, multiple carriers, and the opportunity to grow with an agency from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Quote, sell, and bind personal lines insurance products
Represent AAA (Auto Club Group) and additional insurance carriers
Work inbound leads provided by the agency
Generate and write your own business if desired
Build long-term client relationships
Maintain licensing and compliance requirements

Requirements
Active Florida insurance license (20-44, 2-20, or willing to obtain)
Sales mindset with strong communication skills
Self-motivated and reliable
Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
