Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Internal Audit Analyst based in Chennai location.
Audit and Risk Management team is a global team in Flex carrying out internal audits across the organization. The focus of the team is to provide objective and independent Assurance on the company’s governance, risk management and control processes, Insight into efficiency and effectiveness based on experience across the company.
What a typical day looks like:
Assist the data team in developing statistical models, outlier reports and tableau visualizations.
Perform necessary tests to ensure the report developed in complete and accurate.
Develop process documents to report/ visualizations developed.
Present the models and reports to the leadership team as and when required.
The role is to assist the Audit Analytics team in specific internal projects such as,
Develop statistical models.
Outlier reports
Tableau visualizations
Process documentations
Identify opportunities for cost savings across and
Look for opportunities to reduce risk
The experience we’re looking to add to our team
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Experience in tools including (but not limited to) ACL, IDEA, R, SAS, SQL Server, Tableau etc.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work on a specific project with a global team
Knowledge in business processes (Purchases, Inventory, Finance) and ERP.
Ability to leverage data to drive business insights and generate significant business value
Ability to think creatively to solve real world business problems
Support the design of predictive model implementation in audit & risk assessments
Strong communication skills and proficiency with the English language
