Job Title: Internal Auditor

Experience Required: 4–6 years
Reporting to: S P T & Associates (An independent Chartered Accountancy Firm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with 4–6 years of experience to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The candidate will focus on financial and operational audits, particularly within the context of a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic internal audits across Procurement, Sales, HR , Finance functions etc.
Review and evaluate adequacy of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Audit fixed assets and capital expenditures to ensure proper accounting and safeguarding.
Identify process inefficiencies and provide recommendations for operational improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present key findings and corrective action plans to management.
Follow up on audit recommendations and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and financial analysis.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially related to steel wire production
Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations: Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 4–6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Experience in steel, metal, or engineering industry will be a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
