Job description
We are manufacturer of Health Care and Cosmetics Products from Ahmedabad. We are in need of a powerful inventory Control person to handle / manage inventory or stock of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Semi Finished Goods, Finished Goods, Vendor Follow up for Material, and Dispatch Handling through the complete document procedure with complete track record of each and every process strictly.
We need a Gentle, Hardworking, and Experienced, Self-confident and talented one who can work huddle free with Positive attitude with responsibility. Safeguards warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures Protocol and Standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage inward / outward stock:
Packaging Material, Raw Material, Finish Goods and Semi Finished Goods
Responsibilities:
(a) Receiving Goods through GRN
(b) Coordinate with the Vendors to ensure timely delivery of the stock
(c) Maintain Godown Stock through Masters and Stock Cards
(d) Maintain the Raw Material and Packaging Material Stock as per the Production Planning received from Team
(e) Work pro-actively, on a daily basis, with the manufacturing supervisors, procurement and other departments to ensure material availability as per the advance plan
(f) Issue and Handover the RM and PM to the particular team as per advance intimation, after completion of batch return the material to the store
(g) Inspect the Finish Goods and detail Stickerring on it
(h) Handle Dispatch of materials
(i) Stock Checking like Wastage / Reject Material Rework time to time
(j) Physically Stock checks on daily basis and Maintain the Inventory of all types of Materials
(k) Verification of material availability and other duties as assigned by the Management.
Required skills:
(a) Proven experience of 3 to 6 years as a Store / Inventory Incharge or executive
(b) Experience in Pharma or cosmetics industry is plus
(c) Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, ERP
(d) Excellent communication and negotiation skills
(e) Problem-solving aptitude
(f) Ability to work well with a team
