IT Project Manager - Digital & Technologies (D&T)
Key role specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions and Office move planning within the APAC D&T Infrastructure group

CBRE is a global real estate and property services organisation. Our APAC D&T Infrastructure group manages and support all IT Infrastructure requirements for potential new acquisitions and office project builds and refurbishments.
The Opportunity

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure project management for M&A integrations and new office builds/refurbishments across APAC.
Conduct comprehensive IT infrastructure due diligence for potential acquisitions, presenting findings and risks to senior leadership and M&A committees.
Collaborate with diverse D&T departments to develop strategic IT integration plans and comprehensive budgets.
Chair and facilitate project meetings with senior stakeholders, meticulously tracking progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain dynamic project dashboards (e.g., Smartsheets) to provide transparent status updates to all involved parties.
Manage and monitor IT project budgets, ensuring financial adherence, tracking purchases, and securing necessary approvals.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure delivery for office projects, coordinating D&T teams from initial design to commissioning.
Review and enhance existing M&A and office project documentation and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
About you

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, particularly within M&A and/or office development contexts.
A strong understanding of the end-to-end M&A process, including both due diligence and integration phases.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with multiple departments and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including advanced use of SharePoint and Teams for collaboration and document management.
Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheets and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required for project-related activities.
