What You’ll Do
Coordinate & manage halal financing applications for residential, commercial and business financing solutions.
Assess client needs and recommend halal-compliant financing options.
Liaise with mortgage brokers, realtors & other business partners for efficient service delivery.
Perform client’s preliminary credit assessments.
Educate clients on Halal financial principles and Tjara’s products.
Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the financing lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and Islamic financing guidelines.
Support marketing, outreach, and community education efforts.
Who You Are
Mortgage Agent Level 1 (Licensed)
At least 1+ years of experience in mortgages lending, banking, or financial services.
(Experience in mortgage lending will be preferred)
Understanding of basics of Islamic finance principles and financing models.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly trustworthy.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Urdu, French, etc.) are a strong asset
Experience working with diverse communities in Canada is an asset
