We are looking for a professional and personable Female Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our office. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling front-desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, organized, and capable of managing a dynamic real estate office environment.
Job Description
- - Visitor Management: Greet and assist clients, guests, and walk-ins with a warm and professional demeanor. Maintain visitor logs and ensure a positive first impression.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. Direct calls to appropriate team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Administrative Support: Handle office supplies, appointments, meeting room bookings, courier dispatches, and day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, facility vendors, and support staff to ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and preparedness for meetings or client visits.
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field. 1–3 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or corporate environments. Excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a pleasant personality are essential. Only female candidates may apply.
