This role requires expertise in accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries, as well as process improvements initiation and engagement in team business deliverables. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards is necessary for this position.
Responsibilities include designing process flows, writing SOPs, preparing financial reports and statements, and assisting with internal and external audit activities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical abilities, good communication and organizational skills, is required.
Desirable qualifications include experience in accounting ERP (JDE, Showcase, Trintech/Blackline, GL Inquiry & Hyperion) and proficiency in MS Office and MS-Excel. Able to lead the shift of the group and work in CoE environment. Also, willingness to work in any shifts and location.
