Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team in the Printing and Packaging Industry. The successful candidate will assist in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Invoicing & Billing: Assist in preparing invoices and ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
Bank Reconciliation: Assist in monthly bank reconciliation processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Data Entry : Enter financial data into accounting software, ensuring precision and timeliness.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, verifying receipts and supporting documentation.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper documentation for payroll deductions and benefits.
Inventory Accounting : Support the accounting team in tracking inventory and cost of goods sold for printing and packaging materials.
Tax Support: Assist with tax filings and support the senior accounting team in the preparation of tax returns.
Financial Reports: Generate basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other necessary reports as requested by management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant accounting standards.
Other Duties: Perform any other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Post Graduation or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with accounting software Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyse financial data and provide insights.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player : Able to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.

Coordinate calls, emails, and visitors
Support filing, inventory, and vendor coordination
Assist with data entry and follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the financial and accounting practices is a plus.
Basic understanding of cost accounting, especially related to materials and production processes.
Minimum of 3 years of continuous employment with a single company.
