Job Title: Junior Accountant Location: Dombivli (Ramson Perfumes) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM � 6:30 PM Experience: Maximum 1 Year / Freshers with Accounting Knowledge Salary: ?10,000 � ?15,000 per month About Ramson Perfumes: Ramson Perfumes is a leading brand in the fragrance industry, providing premium perfumes to customers worldwide. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team at our Dombivli office. Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accountant with a maximum of 1 year of experience or a fresher who is well-versed with accounting terminology and has a solid understanding of accounting standards. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and support the finance team in ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, entries, and general ledger maintenance. Support in preparing financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Support in internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the senior accountant. Skills and Qualifications: Maximum 1 year of experience in an accounting role OR a fresher with strong knowledge of accounting terms and principles. Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles (Ind AS, IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Education: Bachelor�s degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent. Benefits: Opportunity for growth and development within the company.
