Job Title - Junior Accounts Executive
Location: Lower Parel , Prabhadevi , Worli, Marol, Churchgate
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries, sales, purchases, and expense entries. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of GST and TDS, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Tally software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Journal Entries:
- Prepare and enter daily journal entries.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Sales and Purchase Entries:
- Record sales transactions and maintain sales ledger.
- Process purchase invoices and maintain purchase ledger.
3. Expense Management:
- Track and record all business-related expenses.
- Verify and process employee expense reports.
4. GST and TDS:
- Assist with the preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with TDS regulations.
- Assist in the reconciliation of GST and TDS accounts.
5. Advanced Excel:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and dashboard creation for financial analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and statements using Excel.
6. Tally Software:
- Enter and maintain accurate records in Tally.
- Generate financial reports from Tally as required.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficient in Tally and advanced Excel.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
