Job Title: Account Assistant
Location: Sinhgad Road Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Finance / Accounting
Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and capable of handling financial data with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare and process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments are up to date.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence related to finance.
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing issues and queries.
