Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and store finance-related activities. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing invoices, and supporting internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledger entries for store operations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
Perform daily reconciliations of cash, bank, and petty cash.
Manage and update store inventory records in coordination with the accounts team.
Handle GST, TDS, and other basic compliance entries under supervision.
Support internal and external audits with documentation and reports.
Coordinate with the head office for monthly reports and financial submissions.
Assist with payroll processing and staff expense reimbursements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Familiarity with accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
