Our platform offers an AI-powered finance team and a dynamic dashboard, providing a centralized solution for managing various financial functions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, projections, expense management, and bill payments.
Key Responsibilities :
• We require an individual to post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
• This includes updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices on a timely basis.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and performing reconciliations as needed.
• They will also handle fixed assets accounting from start to finish.
• A key aspect of this role is preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports.
• Bank reconciliations will also be a part of their responsibilities.
• It is essential that the selected candidate adheres to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines at all times.
Requirements :
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 0-2 years experience in basic accounting and financial practices is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of MS Office and Quick Books, Zoho Books, and Tally.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with clients are essential.
• Analytical skills and a willingness to take initiative are necessary qualities for this role.
