We're Hiring – Junior Accountant
Job Type: Full-time.
Location: Mumbai.
Status: Immediate Joining.
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per Month (Depends on Experience)
Ideal International Power Tools Pvt Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2+ years of preferred experience in India, (Freshers are also welcome to Apply.) The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting the accounts department in daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling vouchers, invoices, and supporting the preparation of reports on Excel and Tally. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn and grow within the accounts function. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Record daily financial transactions using Tally.
✅ Post journal entries and process accounting vouchers (sales, purchase, payment, invoices).
✅ Handle inventory, stock management, order processing, and delivery follow-ups.
✅ Maintain daily accounting records including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
✅ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
✅ Manage accounts payable and receivable.
✅ Assist in Process payroll and handling.
✅ Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
✅ Collaborate with internal departments for seamless financial workflows.
✅ Maintain an organized filing system for bills, receipts, payment records, and vouchers.
✅ Handle and monitor petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate records and reconciliations.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ 2+ years of Accounting experience in India. (Preferred).
✅ Core Proficiency in Tally.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Handling).
✅ Strong understanding of GST and TAX knowledge.
✅ Good communication in Hindi & English.
