• Accounting Entry Processing
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Cash Entries
- Purchase Entries
• Financial Reporting
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Bank Activities
- Related to bank guarantees, letter of credit, and foreign /domestic transactions.
- Prepare Bank documentation for financial transaction, Import and Export.
- Follow-up with Bank through Phone call, email.
- Stock Statement Preparation
• Statutory working
- Preparing statutory working, MIS reporting, coordinating with company auditors on a monthly basis.
- Prepare tax returns, reporting and GST / TDS Working or other tax requirements..
- All Statutory working.
• Coordination
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) with vendors or customers as required.
- Co-ordinate with team
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
