Job Description: The job requires an individual who ensure that a correct and coherent paper trail is maintained so that a detailed audit could be performed at a moment’s notice. This person should provide accurate accounting data/reports in a timely manner so as to be useful to the Director and other department heads for forecasting, analysis etc. This individual should have knowledge of income tax, sales tax and other tax matters. This individual must be organized, detailed, focused and systematic in his working besides having impeccable integrity. The person should have a calculated sense of urgency, being empathetic to others and flexible to the needs.

Report to: CFO
Salary: 15-20K company standards

2. Timing: 10:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M
Education: Commerce Graduate.
Experience: 3-4 years in similar field.
Job Location: S.G.Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Candidates preferred from Gujarat.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Checking of bills and expense reports
• Data Entry in Accounting Software – Tally is must
• Reconciliation of Accounts
• Working knowledge of tax laws , GST fillings . TDS , PF- ESIC , PT
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Auditing financial information
• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
• Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organizations
• Meeting and interviewing clients
• Outward work like meeting C.A. , bankers , vendors
• Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
