Job Summary:
We are Looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations. The Junior Accountant will also assist in budget preparation and analysis, and perform other related duties as required.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions
• Preparing and maintaining financial statements, reports, and records
• Assisting in budget preparation and analysis
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Responding to vendor and client inquiries
• Assisting with audits and financial statement preparation
• Salary computation, leave management and processing
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, Inventory & stocks reconciliation at factory and distributors
• vendor and client coordination on billing and payment collections
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Tally, Advance Excel, reports making and financial data presentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidates with experience in factory/ manufacturing companies are preferred
