Experience Range - 1 - 4 years
Salary Range – 3-5 LPA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Mandatory Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields (internship experience may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Assist in the maintenance of the general ledger and other accounting records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the analysis of financial data and the preparation of financial reports.
• Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Help to ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Other Details:
• Working Days – 6 Days( Alternate Saturday WFH)
• Timings – 10 AM to 7 PM
