Our Client is one of India's top distribution house for multi-award winning global baby and toy brands. The company stocks over 20+ brands enabling retailers (online & offline) access to supply few thousand product lines from our warehouse.
Location : Santacruz west
Exp : 1-3 yrs
Salary - upto 3 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
• Handling day-to-day accounting Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
• Handling all banking related works Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
• petty cash Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
• Requirements: Graduate Strong demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficient in managing accounting software Knowledge of accounting and keeping abreast of the changes Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics Excellent Knowledge of Tally
• Skills required: Accounting and MS-Excel
• Must having experience of Accounting Software.
