Location: Bandra (walking distance from Bandra / Khar station)
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Feed all types of entries of bill in Tally (cash, bank, journal, payment, receipt, contra) all expenses entry as well as provision entry.
• Maintaining cash flow in excel.
• Maintaining Cash Book and Bank book.
• Handling banking work (NEFT,RTGS, FUND TRF, ONLINE TRANCATION).
• Provides information to management and explains accounting transactions; resolves accounting issues and discrepancies.
• Use Tally ERP + Program for maintaining records.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Preparing all L/C (Inland Letter Of Credit) documents and (MS Office) also online L/C application.
• Interact with internal auditors in completing audits.
• Day to Day Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Payments
• Monthly payment of PF, ESIC, staff salary, Utility payment ( credit card, telephone bill, mobile bill, electricity bill expenses payment)
• Day to Day updated cash flow in excel
• Preparing Invoices.
• Monthly Working of TDS , TCS & GST
• Make Online monthly payment challan TDS (281)& GST and also TDS returned filled.
• Regular Maintenance of Books of Accounts, Statutory Return Filings for Income Tax, GST, TDS, Company Annual Returns and ROC Compliances and Filings, Statutory and Internal Audits and Other Miscellaneous Work in a law Firm
• The Candidate must have Knowledge & Experience of Accounting in Tally.ERP+, GST, Income Tax & TDS, MIS EXCEL.
• Experience in a Chartered Accountants Firm is well preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Experience
• Excellent administration skills and Good at Time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Presentable and Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
