Junior Accountant (Manufacturing)

We are a growing manufacturing company committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in daily accounting operations including bookkeeping and data entry
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP)
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Maintain accurate records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for timely invoice processing and documentation
Maintain inventory and cost accounting support for production-related transactions
Prepare and organize financial reports as required
Ensure confidentiality and timely financial record management
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field
0–2 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing experience preferred)
Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST/TDS)
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP tools
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

दैनिक लेखा कार्यों में सहायता, जैसे बहीखाता (बुककीपिंग) और डेटा एंट्री
अकाउंटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर (जैसे Tally/ERP) में खरीद, बिक्री और खर्चों का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना
देय (Accounts Payable) और प्राप्य (Accounts Receivable) प्रक्रियाओं में सहयोग
बैंक स्टेटमेंट तैयार करना और उनका मिलान (रीकंसिलिएशन) करना
मासिक, त्रैमासिक और वार्षिक क्लोज़िंग गतिविधियों में सहायता
GST, TDS और अन्य वैधानिक अनुपालनों (Statutory Compliance) का सटीक रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना
समय पर इनवॉइस प्रोसेसिंग और दस्तावेज़ीकरण के लिए आंतरिक टीमों के साथ समन्वय
उत्पादन से संबंधित लेन-देन के लिए इन्वेंट्री और लागत लेखांकन में सहयोग
आवश्यकतानुसार वित्तीय रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और व्यवस्थित करना
वित्तीय रिकॉर्ड की गोपनीयता और समयबद्ध प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित करना
कौशल एवं योग्यताएँ:

वाणिज्य / लेखांकन या संबंधित क्षेत्र में स्नातक डिग्री
लेखांकन में 0–2 वर्ष का अनुभव (मैन्युफैक्चरिंग अनुभव को प्राथमिकता)
लेखांकन सिद्धांतों और कराधान (GST/TDS) का अच्छा ज्ञान
MS Excel और अकाउंटिंग ERP टूल्स में दक्षता
विवरणों पर मजबूत ध्यान और अच्छे विश्लेषणात्मक कौशल
तेज़-तर्रार और टीम-ओरिएंटेड वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता
