Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your accounting skills. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks and gain valuable experience in financial management.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the senior accountants in day-to-day accounting activities
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assisting with month-end financial reports
• Utilising accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
• Reconciling bank statements and financial data
• Contributing to the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Experience
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role is desirable
• Proficiency in accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
