Key Responsibilities
• Perform data entry for accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in organizing and filing financial and administrative documents.
• Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure proper filing and management of office records and documentation.
• Assist in managing and organizing office supplies and petty cash.
• Visit the bank for tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and other related activities.
• Handle courier and postal services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
• Provide general assistance to the accounts and administration team in daily operations.
• Carry out any additional administrative duties as assigned.
