Job Title: Junior Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves maintaining financial records, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, invoices, and bills
• Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
• Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing and payments
• Assist senior accountants during audits and financial closing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
• Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in construction / corporate accounting (if applicable)
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Team-oriented and disciplined approach to work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
