Job Overview:
AP Guru, a leading online education company specializing in one-on-one tutoring for courses like IB, AP, A-Level, and SAT/ACT prep, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Finance Team as a Junior Finance Executive. This role will play a crucial part in managing fee collections, payment plans, invoicing, and liaising with both parents and partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Parents for Fee Collections:
Engage with parents to facilitate seamless fee collections.
Provide clear and timely communication regarding payment deadlines and options.
Create Payment Plans and Follow Up:
Develop customized payment plans based on individual needs.
Regularly follow up with parents to ensure adherence to agreed-upon payment schedules.
Send Invoices and Receipts:
Generate and dispatch invoices promptly.
Provide receipts and necessary documentation to parents for their records.
Liaison with Management on Payment Collection:
Collaborate with the management team to discuss and strategize on efficient payment collection processes.
Report on outstanding payments and suggest actionable steps for resolution.
Connect with Commission-Based Partners:
Coordinate with external partners working on commission-based structures.
Communicate with partners regarding leads and ensure timely commission payouts once referrals make payments.
Send Management Reports:
Compile and send regular financial reports to the management team.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance or related roles, preferably in an educational or service-oriented industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with parents and external partners.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Salary: Rs 30,000 - 35,000 per month
