Working within a supportive, positive and collaborative team, this role will be suited to someone who has 1-2 years exposure to payroll and is looking to further develop in their career.
You will be employed an ongoing full-time Education Support Employee, commencing in Term 2 2026, and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2026.
You will need:
Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty.
1-2 Years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.
Great attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to build quality working relationships.
The ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively, especially during payroll cycles.
A commitment to ongoing professional learning for self to enable further development of skills and expertise.
Resilient with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Hold a valid Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain, and a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months), or hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
Hold appropriate Australian Work Rights.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive school vehicles when required.
