Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and aligning them with our services.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Take feedback from clients to continuously enhance our services.
• Handle concerns raised by key clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure seamless service to clients.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the industry.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client data and market trends to drive growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other related tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
