We’re looking for a seasoned KAM to join our team and oversee the seamless management of our warehousing operations.
Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager for Warehouse Operations will act as the central point of coordination between the warehouse team and clients. The role involves managing operational performance, ensuring SLA compliance, addressing client requirements, and driving process improvement across multiple warehouse operations. The KAM will analyze performance data, prepare reports, and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing operational queries and ensuring satisfaction.
○ Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, feedback, and improvement plans.
○ Ensure SLA adherence and resolve client escalations promptly.
2. Operational Oversight
○ Monitor daily warehouse operations, including inward, outward, cycle counts, and audits. ○ Collaborate with Warehouse Incharges to ensure alignment with client requirements and operational standards.
○ Evaluate warehouse performance and recommend operational enhancements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Reporting & Analysis
○ Prepare and analyze MIS reports, providing insights on inventory accuracy, dispatch timeliness, and other KPIs.
○ Present detailed performance dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders.
○ Track trends in warehouse operations and implement data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
4. Process Improvement
○ Identify gaps in current warehouse operations and drive initiatives for process standardization and optimization.
○ Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement technological solutions for better workflow management.
5. Team Collaboration
○ Work closely with the operations team, Warehouse Incharges, and vendors to maintain seamless communication across all levels.
○ Provide training and guidance to warehouse teams on client expectations and process improvements.
6. Compliance & Safety
○ Ensure operational adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
○ Conduct periodic audits to confirm compliance with company policies and client standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or key account management roles.
● Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including inventory management, audits, and dispatch.
● Proficiency in warehouse management systems and advanced Excel for reporting.
● Exceptional communication, client management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
● Proven experience in managing multi-client warehouse operations.
● Familiarity with logistics and supply chain analytics.
● Ability to balance client expectations with operational capabilities.
Details Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
