Job Description
Essential Functions:
The end-user engagement and adoption (EUEA) knowledge management (KM) lead oversees development and maintenance of the EUEA information portal and associated SharePoint sites. The KM lead works closely with the EUEA department leads (e.g., change management, training, end-user engagement communications, and integrated analytics) on all KM projects. Provides oversight of the team managing the repository of SharePoint files and provides guidance for organizing files according to approved governance (architecture, quality, validation). Prepares executive-level briefings and reports to support EUEA knowledge management efforts. Collaborates with the EHRM-IO program management office KM team for SharePoint quality, compliance, and build.
Required Experience:
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing Information Technology related projects
Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
Able to identify and mitigate risks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
SharePoint experience
Knowledge management experience
Experience in the VA
Experience implementing electronic health records
