Hiring for KPO Accounts Manager in Accounts dept for Canada/USA clients:
- CA or CA-inter or MBA/MCOM have 5+ years of experience of team leading
- Salary - No limit for deserving candidate

Your expertise should be in......
• QBO/Xero/Excel/Time Entry knowledge is a must
• SAGE/RB/Dext/Hubdoc/Bill.com/will be beneficial
• Team management
• Bookkeeping, Accounting, Payroll, Financials reports, etc.
• Accounting fundamentals
• Computer tools such as MS Excel, Chrome, Adobe, internet, computer functions, etc.
• Software knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Receipt Bank, Hubdoc, etc.
• Fluent corporate client communication in English
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodical reports
Your responsibilities could be...…
• Review Financial reports
• Enter adjustment journals to finalize the books
• Finalization of accounts
• Maintain the deadline and finish the work on time
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare & filing GST/HST/sales tax returns
• Prepare Payroll for Canada and USA clients and manage Payroll compliances
• Regular follow-ups with the client
• Client comon through municatichat, email, calls, etc.
• Compile and analyze/review financial statements and send them to the clients
• Client communication in English with CPA, business owners, executives, etc. per requirements
• Preparing multiple reports in Excel through Pivot, Lookup, Filter, Macro, etc.
• Managing team players
• Reporting to the management
• Audit of the entire system of the clients and consult to the clients
• Managing & finishing work on time.
• Ready to stretch due to workload
• Working for 12 hours in season time.
• Developing skills in staff development
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
• Developing skills in the development of business
