Profile : Land Acquisition Specialist_Jaipur
Job Location : Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Man Months : 31 Months and extendable as per project requirement
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Should have Experience of working as Land Acquisition Professional in highway projects.
2. He should have through knowledge of prevailing land acquisition Act, states jantri values as well as current draft land Acquisition Act & relatedpolicies.
3. He should have thorough knowledge of complete procedure of private and Government land acquisition up to the award stage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should be Graduate in any subject from recognized university and a Total Professional Experience of 10 years.
Must of Minimum 5 years of experience as Land Acquisition professional or equivalent and above designation into similar work.
A retired Senior Govt. Revenue official from Government of Rajasthan will be preferred.
They have all worked on World Bank aided, or externally funded project (World Bank/ ADB/ JICA etc.) in the same capacity for not less than 1 year
