In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top lateral legal talent for our clients
You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Identify and attract top lateral legal talent using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct initial screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for open roles
Create and post job descriptions for open positions
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers

Russell Tobin is seeking a Lateral Attorney Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top lateral legal talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates. This role will be based in Houston, TX.
The Opportunity
