Accounting Operations Assistant
This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, primarily utilizing Tally ERP.
The key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Generating reports
• Processing transactions
• Assisting with reconciliations and financial statements
• Communicating with international counterparts to resolve queries and follow up on documentation
• SUPPORTING CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING AD-HOC TASKS AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGERS
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Tally ERP and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong skills in MS Excel are essential, and familiarity with UK accounting terminology is a plus.
The role requires a basic grasp of financial reporting, strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and adequate English communication skills.
