Reports To: CFO
Work Location: Emirates of Umm Al Quwain
Education: Graduate from a recognised university, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis.
Skills Required
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of job costing, inventory accounting and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferred).
Additional Training
• Training in HR, accounting or business operations is an added advantage.

• All employees must follow local laws and adhere to company rules displayed at the facility.
• Safety First: Employees must follow the company’s Safety Policy and report any safety issues to the HSE Officer/CEO immediately.
• Health & Environment: Employees should follow HSE guidelines, maintain cleanliness, dispose of waste properly, and report any health issues confidentially to HR.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update general ledger accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing using the company’s ERP system.
• Reconcile accounts including inventory, COGS and fixed assets with accurate data entry.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reports for management.
• Handle intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with transfer pricing guidelines.
• Oversee job costing and WIP accounting to ensure accurate project-level financial performance.
• Support Accounts Payable/Receivable functions and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare tax filings, assist in audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate financial performance by project, product, and customer, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standard costing models and margin analysis for pricing insights.
• Work with operations and procurement teams to analyze material costs, labor efficiency, and overhead.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and scenario-based financial analyses.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall profitability and operational efficiency.
• Create dashboards and financial visualizations for improved reporting.
• Process new bank account openings for new employees.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate recording of raw materials, labor and overhead.
• Handle petty cash transactions.
• Manage and renew subscriptions such as telecom, utilities and gas services.
• Upload vendor invoices to the ERP system.
• Upload all vouchers into the ERP.
• Maintain records of cash flow, cheques issued and coordinate with the CFO.
• Follow up on receivables as instructed by the CFO.
• Manage all banking activities under the CFO’s guidance.
• Maintain complete confidentiality when reporting to the CFO. Any breach may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal without benefits.
Training & Development
• Employees are encouraged to upgrade their skills through external courses (e.g., HSE, Internal Auditor training) or on-the-job learning (e.g., ERP usage).
• HR maintains records of newly acquired skills, which may lead to financial incentives.
Competency Assessment
• Employees are evaluated after probation and annually at the end of the financial year.
• Appraisal records are maintained in the employee’s personal file.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
